The Decision and Determination of Suicide

Abstract
Much damage has been done to death investigation goales by premature labelling of the manner of death by the first doctor who views the scene of the death. Instances of snap judgment with actual guessing as to the manner of death are probably responsible for unwarranted and unjust estate settlements in more cases than are caused in any other way.
This is particulary true when dealing with situations where suicidal death may be involved.
There are many death situations that appear to be of sucidal type but are not. There are also death scenes where the body and the surrounding evidence point to a manner of death that is anything but sucidal, concealing what is in fact an occult sucide. Numerous commentators have pointed out the risk factors or conditious predisposing to suicide. Therefore, this paper discussed that the suicidal decisions most always be considered by the determinations due to physical evidences, psychological autopsy and environmental factors etc.
